My mom passed away July of 2020. Finding my new norm - well lets just say it became exhausting for me. She was everywhere I looked creating a sadness in my heart that made it bleed. Crying was becoming my everyday norm until one day I started embrasing the memories, our fun times, how we were two peas in a pod and did everything together and how much we loved each other. I learned so much from her and I took that and started creating my new norm. I realized Mom is still right here with me. I still find myself talking to her alot - lol. I have been told that I am just like my mom which is an honor.
My Furby Cat passed away in 2023. We had him 18 years so this was another heavy loss for me and my hubby. So here I go again finding another new norm. He was an everyday constant in our life that was now gone. He brought us so much joy and he loved us unconditionally.
In today's fast-paced world, the phrase "finding your new normal" resonates with many people. It reflects our ongoing journey to adapt to various changes—whether they arise from personal experiences, global challenges, or shifts in daily life. With the upheaval experienced in recent years, this concept has become even more crucial as individuals and communities have had to reassess their routines and philosophies.
Looking up is the best way to find that new norm. We go through daily life and challenges and sometimes we forget to look up. God is always there and all he wants is for us to ask him for help. He loves us beyond what we could ever imagine and he is always there for us. All we have to do is seek him. So when you are feeling confused or beside yourself of what to do or feel - just look up - He will always point you in his direction which will be the best direction for you.

PEACE - PRAYERS - AND MUCH LOVE
