Learning From The Wise

This weekend we will be canning green beans, stewed tomatoes and putting up okra. My mom taught me how to do all these things and I know she is looking from heaven proudly that i am carrying on what she taught me. I remember as a youngster loving to hear stories from my papaw and my aunts and uncles and today thinking back it warms my soul. I don't have any children to pass my wisdom to but I hope that I leave a little wisdom with each person I touch in life. Always listen when people are talking - sometimes it may seem like jiberish or unmeaningful but you may find good use for it later on in your life. God always brings people in our path for a reason, so thank him each day for each person that touched you and you touched. Much Love
