This Work Industry

I have been looking to hire for a position we have open at work. As I look through the resumes I shake my head at this new generation and how many times they change jobs. When I was in school (i will not say how many years ago-lol) we were taught that you took a job and you stayed with it until you could not go any further or you found another position that you could better yourself and no these resume job jumpers were not bettering themselfs :(. I am not sure they understand how bad Job Jumping hurts them. I have had a total of five jobs in my life - how many have you had?? Anyway I do say a prayer for those that cannot find a job that they want to stick with. I Love my job and don't even think about leaving it. We work 3/4 of our life so we should do something that we are good at and enjoy. I told a young girl not to long ago to not chase money by job jumping because the grass is not always greener on the other side. Love what you do and do what you Love - Much Love
